Every order is made to order. Each bundle is sourced fresh for your order and personally quality-checked by Sarah before it ships. Please allow 2 to 14 days from order to your door. Tracking is sent the moment it ships. Orders placed by Sunday night go into that week's hair order.
Ordering for an event or a trip? DM @slayedbysarah before purchasing to confirm timing. Because orders are made to order, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date unless timing is confirmed with us first.
Because raw human hair is a hygiene product, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, and there is no general changed-my-mind exchange window. Please choose your texture and length carefully, and DM @slayedbysarah before you order if you are unsure what to pick.
The only exchanges we accept are when the mistake is ours: the wrong texture, the wrong length, or the wrong item was shipped, or the bundles arrive defective or damaged. In those cases we make it right at no cost to you.
To claim, contact us within 48 hours of the carrier delivery scan with a single continuous, uncut unboxing video that clearly shows the sealed package, the shipping label, and the contents as they are opened. Claims made after 48 hours, or without an unbroken unboxing video, cannot be honored.
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase for a full refund. After 1 hour, fulfillment begins and the order can no longer be canceled.
We stand behind every order and keep full records of each transaction, policy acceptance, and delivery. Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes will be contested with complete transaction, acceptance, and delivery evidence.
