Because raw hair is a hygiene product, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, and there is no general changed-my-mind exchange window once an order is placed.
The only exchanges we accept are for our mistake: wrong texture, wrong length, wrong item shipped, or bundles that arrive defective or damaged. We cover those at no cost to you.
Report within 48 hours of the delivery scan with a single continuous, uncut unboxing video showing the sealed package, the shipping label, and the contents as they are opened. Claims without an unbroken video or made after 48 hours cannot be honored.
We ship to the checkout address only. Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase, after that fulfillment begins. A carrier delivery scan completes fulfillment.
